General Terms and Conditions
Max Muscle Training is not responsible nor is Max Muscle Training liable for any injuries, issues, and/or any other situations related to any of these categories/circumstances, whether it be with or without Max Muscle Training. All payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated/claimed/established by Max Muscle Training. Custom training programs are first-come, first-serve services. There is no guarantee that the Max Muscle Training website will display if any custom training program is available or not. No results are guaranteed with anything purchased/received from Max Muscle Training. Although zoom calls and daily check-ins are included in the custom training programs, they are not guaranteed. Max Muscle Training is in complete control of prices/fees put in place by Max Muscle Training. Max Muscle Training can change, adjust, and/or terminate any and/or all prices/fees put in place by Max Muscle Training at any time without providing any reasoning/notice. Max Muscle Training has the ability to adjust/change/terminate any and/or all programs and/or any and/or all other agreements/purchases/payments in any way without providing any reasoning/notice. Custom training program clients are fully responsible for participation and completion of their training program/sessions. Custom training program clients are fully responsible for notifying Max Muscle Training if they are and/or are possibly experiencing any issues/situations that are and/or could potentially lead to any physical, mental, and/or any other health-related issues/situations. However, Max Muscle Training is not responsible nor is Max Muscle Training liable for any of these issues/situations. The durations of custom training programs are in accordance with the start dates of the programs rather than the purchase date (unless the starting date of a program is the same date that it is purchased). For example, if you purchase a 4-Week Online Custom Training Program on May 1st, 2023, but you start your program on May 7th, 2023, the last day of your program will be 4 weeks from May 7th, 2023. Custom training program clients are fully responsible for notifying Max Muscle Training if they are not able to attend, participate in, and/or complete any of their training sessions. Although they are nonrefundable, if you plan to and/or are cancelling any custom training programs, you must give Max Muscle Training a minimum of a 24-hour notice. Before beginning any custom training program, all first-time custom training program clients are required to complete/sign all forms (Custom Training Program Terms and Conditions/Waiver, Custom Training Program Questionnaire, etc.) that custom training program clients are required to complete/sign. Clients cannot begin their program until all forms are completed/signed. If a client is under 18 years old, they must have a parent/guardian (parent/guardian must be at least 18 years old) complete/sign all forms for them. Max Muscle Training has the right to reject any custom training program client without providing any reasoning/notice. However, if you purchase a custom training program and you are rejected after your purchase, you will be refunded and you will be be notified about the refund. Please allow 7 business days from the time of being granted a refund to receive a refund. Max Muscle Training has the ability to change/adjust/terminate any/all forms without providing any reasoning/notice. However, if any forms that require custom training program client signature/completion are changed/adjusted, custom training program clients will be notified of the change(s)/adjustment(s). Refunds and Returns
All payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated/claimed/established by Max Muscle Training. For any refund request, you can contact Max Muscle Training by email at mail@maxmuscletraining.com or by sending a message on the Max Muscle Training website’s Contact page. For any ebook refund request, you have 7 days from the time of an ebook purchase to contact Max Muscle Training. Custom training programs are first-come, first-serve services. There is no guarantee that the Max Muscle Training website will display if any custom training program is available or not. If you purchase a custom training program and it is not available, Max Muscle Training will contact you to notify you that it is unavailable and will give you the option to receive a refund or have the next available slot reserved. If you choose to reserve the next available slot for a custom training program that you purchased (that is unavailable at the time of your purchase), Max Muscle Training will keep your payment and you will be notified when the next slot is available. If you choose to reserve the next available slot of a custom training program that you purchased, but then choose to have your payment refunded before the next slot is available, you will lose the next available slot, but your refund will be granted by Max Muscle Training.If any refund is granted for any product/service, please allow 7 business days from the time of being granted the refund(s) to receive the refund(s).
